Refunds at Webnest Digital will not be applicable under the following circumstances:
A minimum of 30 days’ written notice is required to cancel any services related to website development or maintenance. This period allows us to properly conclude all ongoing work and ensure a smooth transition.
To cancel, please submit your notice via email, including your reason and any specific requests for the handover process.
Once your notice is received, we will coordinate with you to complete pending tasks and provide a copy of your website files and data.
Failure to provide 30 days’ notice will result in a 50% service fee based on the purchased service value.

The terms and conditions of Webnest Digital are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Both you and Webnest Digital agree to the jurisdiction of federal and state courts in the United States.
If you reside outside of the U.S., local laws may apply. Citizens of the European Union may pursue legal claims in the courts of their country of residence.
All claims must be filed within 30 days of the dispute’s origin. Any claims made after this period will be considered void. No recovery of damages will be permitted except legal costs and attorney fees.
Should a dispute arise, both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter in good faith. If resolution is not achieved within 30 days, the matter will be submitted to mediation. Failing that, parties may pursue their legal rights under applicable law.
